Blueberry Hill
We planted some blueberry bushes on the hillside next to the cottage. Our first harvest bursts with flavor that re-educates the taste buds as to what these are supposed to taste like and brings back childhood memories.

how true. I think many people who buy their blueberries at safeway or wherever or in some pastry form at the 7-11 have forgotten, or perhaps never even knew, what blueberries truly taste like.

It was one of those "aha!" moments..."oh yeah! that's what they used to taste like!"
